At Club21, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain exclusive collections and intimate apparel are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your Club21 account, navigate to your recent orders, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original designer packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

• 3.
  Ship Your Items

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
